ALLERGY FRIENDLY & DELICIOUS! This place made me wish I was a local. The atmosphere was incredibly joyful, the coffee delicious (brown sugar oat milk latte - YUM), and the staff warm and exceptionally accommodating. My family and I enjoyed our coffee and meal by a small fire place as I read books to my child in a big, comfortable chair. The Spot is full of cozy nooks and vintage decor for a unique customer experience. My family didn’t expect to be able to order food due to a variety of food allergies but the owner happily pulled together a meal that wasn’t even on the menu. It was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely return on our next visit through town.

After hiking at Little River Canyon we drive into Fort Payne. The Spot is warm, inviting, and spacious. I had a sugar-free pumpkin spice latte; it was delicious. We really enjoyed it! Definitely recommend.

Great spot in a old Warehouse Building from the 1920. Plenty of room to sit, drink and eat. It was quiet when we arrived in the morning for delicious coffees - we liked the spot right away, and the staff was very friendly too. We will be back!

Visiting Fort Payne and happened upon "The Spot" when out for lunch with family. It has more of an open atmosphere inside, and it seems like a renovated old downtown hardware store or dance studio. There’s plenty of space for visitors of any kind here, and a multitude of options on the menu for appetites of all sizes. Tested out the turkey pesto sandwich and their tomato basil soup, which comes with a quartered pickle spear as well as a handful of kettle chips. Great pesto, melted provolone, succulent roasted turkey slices, and fresh red peppers on the most incredible bread for a panini. If I lived here I'm sure I would hang out at this coffee shop that doubles as a brunch spot all the time. Employees are sweet as can be, not to mention friendly.

Friendly folks serving great coffee in an environment that is steeped in history and harkens back to a time when such shops where cornerstones of culture. The coffee was freshly ground and prepared on an excellent espresso machine with a fresh shot and perfectly steamed milk for a cappacino. The strawberry rhubarb muffin was fresh and tasty as well. Excellent.

Very cute coffee shop that serves small bites and pastries. Was really surprised by how amazing the ambiance inside is. You would never know from the outside that it would be so cute inside. Good selection to choose from, and they have alternative milk options. Prices are very fair.

Nice old world atmosphere and can seat plenty people. Medium roast brew and mocha, plain avacado toast and loaded avacado with egg substituted instead of bacon. Brew with milk and ocha are pretty good and little open faced breakfast is good as well.
